Time for a new system, which I dread due to the hassle of re-installing everything. Didn't we used to have a forum with files for all COD titles and instructions on installing them? Can't find them. ??

I was born with a cataract in one eye. Back then, they didn't operate on newborns like they do now. It wasn't until age 14 they removed it. But my eye never saw light, so even after surgery, I never gained sight in that eye. At every Dr. visit, I ask if there is any new advances to help me and the answer is no. So I do not know what it is like to see out of both eyes. Would be great to experience that, but at least I have one good eye !! Great to see these people regaining sight who lost it all. Who know maybe in the next few years they can give me a "Bionic" eye !!!!

I bought a new hard drive and installed a new windows 10 2 weekends ago I just installed steam, then logged in, then copied my old steam and pasted it on top of the new one in program files x86. It even remembered my favorite servers and I was back in game in under 8 hours from start to finish I also copied all of my docs / pictures and videos the same way

i just got my new rig and the only problem i had was installing cod 4 from the dvd i just got it for steam and it works just fine! Windows 11 Home ben downloading for 6 days now almost done

I tried the CD install and that failed on "finding components." So I installed Steam, used my old login, bought a new copy of CoDWaW to start with, downloaded, installed, launched, all no problem. But trying to go into multiplayer it asks me to create an online profile but won't accept anything I put in. Thought about just copying all that stuff from Win10 install but I can't find where the game is installed in Win11 to overwrite it. ????
