When it is discussed, it is not uncommon to hear conspiracy theories. The attached images take me back to September 11, 2001, and still affect me deeply today. From last evening. That's the light from the Flight 93 memorial. Had to take the 4 wheeler up in the orchard above the house to get a pic because my phone is a POS. It kept focusing in on other lights in our small town without a bit of light shining behind it. I can see it from by bedroom window every year when they turn it on.

Coors, I am the admin that gave you the temp ban. I was told that you were shooting though the wall outside that particular map. I went in to spectate you and asked you nicely to stay out of that part of the map. You did not reply and stayed there, I kicked you, You went back to the same spot, so I gave you a warning and kicked you again. When you got back in the game, you went there again, so I gave you a chance, but you ignored it. So I gave you a ban for 1 week. As far as being accused of cheating, maybe I wasn't around when you were accused. Other players are warned to not accuse unless they or us have proof. The ban will be lifted either Monday or Tuesday of next week.

Yesterday evening I was warned by ADMIN for jumping a wall in the map in order to get to a spot on a hill located on the map. If there was a rule about going to places like this I was unaware. I have also seen countless others use similar locations on other maps and have not seen it be an issue or talked about before. I am aware of not using spots that you are fazing through walls and therefore are not visible to be shot. I avoid using spots like this if ever I have gone to a spot that is deemed "outside of the map". ADMIN Skuz has told me before about using spots that were fazing through walls and I have refrained from doing this since this was mentioned months ago. I am understanding of a kick for going somewhere I was not supposed too after being told, but again I've seen other prominent members going to similar spots and nothing being said so I didn't think hopping the wall was an issue, just an issue with where I had gone after jumping the wall so I changed locations. I am also aware of accusations that I am cheating being made by numerous members of the community, especially when playing on the DM3 server. On the Freeze tag server I have not really had so much of an issue but figured it was worth mentioning as it probably added to the issue leading to me being banned. To speak very briefly on the cheating accusations, I have never cheated at a video game, I play for fun and I don't understand how with zero proof I am being targeted and labeled a cheater. I have even so much as used different weapons while in the game with certain people in order to make the experience more enjoyable for others but I still catch flack for being suspicious. I'm running around with a revolver and a double barrel or a default sniper class and people are still finding things to berate me for. Other than these 2 things I don't believe there is anything else with my play that raises any questions. I'm respectful to the community, I never cry or complain when others are talking shit to me, I just play the game and try to have a good time, therefore I'm a little frustrated as to why I have been permanently banned from servers where I have been coming in regularly and playing and adding to the game experience for some time. I'm asking now for at least an explanation and the ability to fix whatever deemed me getting a ban. I'd just like the opportunity to play on the Freeze tag server that I have been playing with no issues for some time now. Regards, Coors9

Elvis, thanks for the response. Brings clarity to the situation as it was to my understanding I had been permanently banned. I'm not here to argue about what i may or may not have been doing, but I would like to address a couple of things. Where I was on the map there were clear site lines to kill me, was not shooting through the wall, but over it. The initial warning given I did not catch, hence why i stayed where I was before getting kicked; Game is loud, and I just didn't catch the warning. Going back after getting kicked was not ignorance but rather a misunderstanding. I made the assumption that where I was in particular behind the spawn was the issue, not over the wall itself, hence why on the second go I went over the wall, but to a different location. Once I got kicked again at that point I returned to the game and asked in chat trying to get a clear answer, which was provided and I then complied and played the rest of the match in other locations. Kindly if a warning is being made please address in chat as it can be easy to miss voice communications when people are speaking over each other in game or the map is loud. I will not ignore or disregard an Admin. As for the cheating accusations it's fine for now, but I have note of who has or continues to make these accusations. Not a big deal, I know I'm legit.
