Timmah!

I remember being around 10 & looking at the Ostrich @ the Louisville zoo...was noticing how long it's eyelashes were as it bent down & pecked me in the head.  Fucker.  I swung at it, it dodged;  think it had practice.

Back in the day, when I worked at the local park, I made an omelette from 2 geese eggs.  It was huge & tasted like chicken eggs on steroids or something.  Str0nger flavor.  If we're doing challenges, I dare you to ride an Ostrich bareback. 

Looks fun.  Still, I wonder if my buddy would eat me if I were shrunk down to be the same relative size to him as they in this video.

If - @ your age - you gotta ask, there's no point in explaining.  But, firstly sm0kin' some good herb is always a good gustatory, gastronomic segue.

Separately whisking the whites until they form peaks, then folding those into the yolks always worked best, for me, to make a fluffy omelet.

Medium heat is key.  Plate it just before it's done & it will finish cooking on the plate.

Man, don't know what happened.  This is the first time in years of bullshitting around that a video has done something like this during conversion.  Sadly, I deleted the original source files, so will have to make another vid.  Which is fine, because it was surely tasty enough to warrant another near-future fabrication.

I run into a lot of interesting people throughout my days' itineraries;  some of it I record if it's interesting to me.  Driving by the Gold Vault several times a day, I often wondered if & how long I could record before someone comes out to have a chat.  Glad he could elucidate for me.  The park about which he speaks is directly across the street from the Vault & is surprising that he suggested that as a spot for filming or picture taking.  I remember playing in that park over 40 years ago; back then Gold Vault Road was unblocked & ran directly to the front gates of the Gold Vault, before they closed it down & put up a cement barrier.
