@bds1961 Dementia is much much much worse. My grandmother had Dementia for the last 16 years of her life and it was absolutely HORRIBLE. She showed signs of Alzheimer’s back when she was in her early 70s but was diagnosed with Dementia when she was 80 years old. I came to tears literally every time I went to visit her. About 6 years before she passed away she forgot my name and that I was her grandson.
I always stayed with Grandma on the weekends and went to church with her and pap every Sunday until I was 14.
She was 96 years old when she passed away but I do not ever want to live through something like that again. It was by far the hardest thing to witness as it progressively got worse and worse.
My mother has both of these and is slowly going away. She has now forgot my name but remembers my voice.

On February 3, 1959, American rock and roll musicians Buddy Holly, Ritchie Valens, and The Big Bopper J. P. Richardson were killed in a plane crash near Clear Lake, Iowa, together with pilot Roger Peterson. The event later became known as The Day the Music Died after singer-songwriter Don McLean referred to it as such in his 1971 song American Pie .

The question you should ask is how it got that far out of control?

My start in this clan was very early on. I played with this idiot in many games online came to know him and his family. Bud sr, Mrs bud, bud jr, bud light and most of all his family is very warm and loving. When My wife and I got married we were going to New York to see my extended family and passing through Chicago on the way there. We stopped to meet the BUD family and they offered us a room to stay for the night. We talked til the wee hours of the night and I learned of Buds SR love for this clan. In fact he had a sign that he made and I asked if I could have it and he said sure. Most of you know this sign because we use it in all of our group shots at >XI< FEST. This family is forever in my heart and with me everytime I go to >XI< FEST. If you do not believe that ask the members that have gone because I always tell them we need to get the Group picture. I am heartbroken for our lost brother and am always here for his family if they need anything because they are family. I share my memories with you in the pictures now.

To the Admins and Mods thank you for the job you do for free and for the love of the clan. For the vote understand that we want to make people hapy and know that we can not do it all the time. There are only so many maps for a game that is 16 years old so the amount of maps is limited. We come into play and have fun in a game that is war. In true life you would not get to change the lay out of the land because you don't like it. Play the maps make the suggestions to the admins but remember they are people and try to do their best with what they are given. The rules are put in place so that the admins do not look like they are abusing their power as admins. Not that any have ever done that in the past.

Event: Winter Storm Watch Alert: ...MAJOR WINTER STORM TUESDAY THROUGH THURSDAY... .A major winter storm will bring significant travel impacts across the region. Most locations can expect to see at least a foot of snow by the time it ends Thursday night. The worst conditions will be Wednesday evening through Thursday, as heavy snow combines with northeast wind gusts of 30 to 40 mph, with some areas in western Minnesota seeing gusts near 50 mph. This will lead to significant drifting snow, and whiteout conditions in open areas. A Winter Storm Watch remains in effect for portions of central and southern Minnesota and west central Wisconsin where impacts will be lesser with the initial snow band Tuesday evening into Wednesday morning. Additional accumulating snow will arrive with the main storm Wednesday afternoon that will require an upgrade of this Winter Storm Watch. A Winter Storm Warning is now in effect for portions of western and southern Minnesota and most of the Twin Cities Metro. Forecast confidence is high that 4 to 7 inches of snow will fall Tuesday PM into Wednesday AM with the initial round of snow. The snow will lighten up Wednesday morning, but then widespread heavy snow will develop later on Wednesday afternoon as the main storm arrives. This main storm is expected to bring near an additional foot of snow to most locations, with higher amounts possible across south-central Minnesota and western Wisconsin. Areas in western and southern Minnesota may see blizzard conditions as well.
