    My Test Map so you see some of it. (so the water is red yes)
     
    Everything is mantled & clipped, 30 rooms are open (half the rooms)
    All the furniture & tikibar .maps on the pool deck are included in this download
    over a thousand xmodels through-out.

    The tunnel is textured inside, it has ladders, stairs, clipped boxes and the 2 houses built for it just like the caulked version.
    But wow what a time saver not having to do all that!
     
    This tunnel was used in simple city, I have taken out all the exploding barrels but left the creates in for you.
