I'm logged in as administrator, and administrator has permission to edit the file. But it refuses permission to save editing changes. Awards

Try a clean install before reverting back to Vista. I've heard from many now that W7 is working out better than Vista. In every case, each person performed a clean install.

Choose install, then on the disk screen select advanced options and choose 'format'. The program will do the rest for you. Thats what I did with an upgrade media and it worked fine.. I also took the opportunity to load the 64 bit version in case the old lady lets me upgrade my processor and MB one day to a 64 bit system I know that sounds messed up, but 64-bit loads just fine on a 32-bit system and runs like a champ. Its basically there waiting for the new hardware Awards
