Monday, before I went to the clinic, I sat down on the floor (watching arround the corner) when I just gave him some water by hand. He tried to get to his hiding place (under the bathroom closet/sink), he could not stand up, but tried with his right leg to move his belly over the floor, to get there. Or hanging over the waterdish with his chin. The power was gone. My advice,from my experience would be : don't wait too long before having another pet , just go to rescue there's hundreds of cats waiting for you . It will not be another Chester but trust me, after a few weeks it will be your best friend ..sorry again X-ray and if you need to talk don't hesitate to contact me. But they were so impressed as he was a real wild cat and so tame. They gave me discount of 100 euro's, but still, yeah.. we tried. He must have been suffering for a time now with his liver issues. Last night I just told on TS that Chester was 90% a dog. He was incredible and smart. I just had to say "Chessie"or when I wake up, he comes in the bedroom to say hello. He followed me everywhere. En ik weet natuurlijk ook hoe belangrijk hij voor jou was, je zult hem ontzettend missen.
