hey guys,

That new GTX 560 Ti is out, seems like a really decent card for the price point. It's gonna sell for around $250 US...

It's gonna be a nice card to upgrade to if you're running a 8800GT or an early GTX 200 (280 or a 260)...same to be said from aTI cards like the 4870 or lower...

I had a look at the review LOL

only thing to learn...it is really hard to have a clue what to buy now

looks like a nice card but at overall performance the 6870 is just 5% slower

you can buy a 6870 for 220$ and a GTX 560 for 250$

the cheapest 6950 is out there for 260 $ that means +10% performance at 1920x1080

and if you are going to mod the card to 6970 settings like I did it will still be the best buy...+20% at these settings

Those nVIDIA cards are great for 1920 X 1080 or less resolution (1GB RAM), the HD 6950 and 6970 are better for higher res with the 2GB versions.

nVIDIA is good for the people playing games that make good use of PHYSX and use their rig for F@H...

AMD/ATI is good if you want to run 3 monitor setup with a single card...

I like both nVIDIA and AMD/ATI, there is so many options out there now...ATI/AMD is dropping $20 on some cards to fight the GTX560, and also start to sell 1GB versions of the 6950....

mhm....maybe....

at least ATI never released any drivers which burned your graphic card....LOL

I had a 8800 GTS 512 and it died with this driver....

looks like the new 11.1 is not this bad....

The GTX560Ti, selling for $249 each, makes an awesome SLI setup...

http://www.guru3d.com/article/geforce-gtx-560-ti-sli-review/

Quite a bit faster than the GTX580, for a few bucks less....good times!

Now, I have to see what I can do....I need to squeeze two of those on my list, along with a 2500K Sandy Bridge....

I planted a money-growing tree seed in my back yard..and I water it everyday...no bills burgeoning thru yet...

I  prefer  ati/amd  much  cheaper  and   for the price of on  nvidea you  have 2 atia/amd  put it in crossfire  and it is faster as 1 nvidia   and save money
