Pros include ability to magnify pages using CTRL +; Cons are that plug-ins that work with 3.6 may or may not work with 4.0. Overall, I'd have to say that my first impressions are favourable. Aside some of the addons not working at the moment, at least until the developers catch up, I like some of the features that come with it. Has a little cleaner look, can hide the traditional menu bar at top (accessible by hitting the Alt key), and i do find it is a bit quicker with page loading (which i find firefox always been good for). all in all, like Deejaykeg said, if you have 3.6, worth the upgrade.
