My moms father got this in Chicago in the late 40' from a police officer before they dumped them into the Chicago River during and after prohibition. I can remember playing it when I was a wee lad on the floor using both feet propped up against it to be able to pull the handle. I finally got my folks to relinquish it to me today. Damn this thing brings back many memories. It's a 1939 Mills Gaming Corp. nickle slot. Matches perfect with my other slot machine I have from a Japanese cruise ship.
