I am interested to know what's on your menu for Thanksgiving. I just want to know how it varies among different families and regions. Here's ours: ham, turkey, dressing, gravy, sweet potato soufflé, creamed corn, lima beans, black-eyed peas, green beans, cranberry sauce, pickles, olives,etc., tea, coffee, hot chocolate, additional dressing, potato salad, macaroni cheese, broccoli casserole, Watergate salad, Olive Garden wine, Kentucky pound cake, Chocolate Delight, Pumpkin turnovers. But my favorite is my family, we don't do traditional stuff. My Grandma make homemade hot tamales for Thanksgiving. It takes her all day the weekend before, and it's so good. And my Dad usually does something too. One years we had 5 smoked briskets, different flavors on each. Another year we had deep fried turkey, which is what he's doing this year too.
