The game is as fair as it's going to be, sometimes you get dealt a shit team. If the whole team made an effort to escape the base, they wouldn't get spawn raped. I've been stuck in the spawn getting my ass handed to me, I've escaped and actually captured a flag. No one decided to take advantage of the newly captured flag and we lost it.
