Two cases in mind;

nzxt switch 810 gun metal

cooler master haf932

both are full tower. Will be using wc for cpu like the seidon 240. When I eventually upgrade my 2 6850's I may wc the new gpu's. But for now I like the idea of going back to full tower from my mid antec case.

has anyone used either of these two cases or do y'all have any oyher suggestions

thanks

ive used the haf 932.... one of the best cases imho when it comes to liquid cooling... tons of space for cpu block clearance and tons of space for cable routing behind the mb. and if you decide to do real liquid cooling it has a mount for a reservoir so you can fill it from the top of the case.... look at the nzxt phantom 410.... its another good case... im currently using it for my build got a push pull 240 mm rad corsair liquid cooler mounted in it currently

I used to have a full tower but I thought it was so big so I went mid on the next build. Now it is so crampped, I want to go back to full. The 410 does look kool. I don't know if I would have the time to do real wc. I like when you post. At least I get to see that hot chic with the gun. Hehehe

Go for the full tower - you'll appreciate having the space, airflow, and flexibility. I went with a Cooler Master Haf X (and considered the NZXT's). I chose the Haf X because the CPU air cooler I bought would not fit ion the NZXT!

@@Astronomer The mid case was 21x21x9, the other two were 22x9x23 and 23x9x23. So I thought the Mid was big enough like the full with those dimensions?

I looked at the Switch 810 and I thought it seemed cheap the way the flap on top worked and the overall design. I just wasn't overly impressed with it. it's probably a great case, it just wasn't for me.

I'm running a NZXT Phantom 630 Gun Metal with the Kraken X60 cooler and 2 6970 video cards and am fairly happy with it. Lots of room for expansion and it keeps cool

I used the top 200mm fan as part of the push/pull setup.

The only downfall is the size of the case.  It just barely made it under the desk.

The power supply sits on the bottom so I had to buy an extension cable for the mother board power to be able to hide the wiring.

Wow! Nice build. That case is a monster at 32 lbs. + what you have in there. Do you still have the rad mounted on the back? How come you didn't put it on top of the case? With that size it should have fit? I am still looking.

for better or worse go for the full-tower, heat is the killing source of all hardware inside the case. you will notice the heat build up when you go 2x or 3x sli or xfire setup or over clock your cpus.  Full tower case has better ventilation and keeps the inside cool. I have both the cm half x and 922 and they are great quality.
