I wash with soap and water every time I use them, rinse with water then dry, put on stove turn it on and once heated season with veggie oil. I don't put them back in the oven tho and they have lasted for years. Great pans for sure and non stick for me. Great for making Sheppards Pie. Timmah! 1 Awards

The oven part is totally not needed & something one can do maybe 3 or 4 times a year, but as much baking as I do, might as well crank 'er up to 500 & do a deep seasoning while I'm at it.
