Why don't you hire your female neighbor who doesn't like to wear clothes to do intros on your vids????

I have 4 cast iron pans and I do the same as you. I wash with soap and water every time I use them,  rinse with water then dry, put on stove turn it on and once heated season with veggie oil. I don't put them back in the oven tho and they have lasted for years. Great pans for sure and non stick for me.  Great for making Sheppards Pie.

The oven part is totally not needed  & something one can do maybe 3 or 4 times a year, but as much baking as I do, might as well crank 'er up to 500 & do a deep seasoning while I'm at it.
