You can't even make out the edge of Shaffer mountain that is 1 mile directly North West. I can normally see the state parks Fire Tower on the peak of Blue Knob mountain from my bedroom window which is around 15 miles due north. All I can see is a couple small hills on the other side of town. We have 1/2 to maybe 3/4 of a mile visibility from up in the big apple orchard. It was pretty Crazy seeing how the smoke cloud rolled down off of the mountain like the Giant waves on that John Cusack disaster movie named 2012. The sun is just barely peaking above the top of the mountain in the last picture but you can not see the mountain. Edited June 30, 2023 by J3st3r rexbowan, major-mark63 and TheLastColdBeer 1 2 Awards

No mountain to be seen yesterday. You can just make out the hill before the mountain. And Today the mountain is clearly visible but it's still a little hazy. major-mark63 and TheLastColdBeer 2 Awards
