Question about Freezetag 146b9 - Server COD 4

Could it be that the explosive power has been increased? And that the spawn protection is no longer active (you get shot invisibly)?

Or does it just seem that way to me?

Cheyenne everyone, including myself often question whether we are getting shot while still in spawn protection. There always seems to be a short moment when we are visible before we can raise our gun and others can see us. As Timmah said the chopper can kill you while in spawn protection. 

The increased explosive power I’ve not noticed but might be the opposing player may have picked the perk to increase damage.

The last few seconds of spawn protection you are invisible but not invincible. 

Not sure any changes have been done to explosives.

Have you changed perks?

As that can make  big difference

I seems to me, too. One map where u can shoot from spawn to spawn u get shot from the other side but was just spawned. When u didn't run to the side just forward u get shot but still invisible and protected. i think, this didn't work previously.

I don't use another perk. But the damage of nades seems to be more. I god killed through a wall from a nade far away. Or a nade around the corner kill me and one behind me too.

I don't think all players use this perk.

Hey, @Cheyenne there is not any change that was made by any of us or was informed by seniors or Sammy related to your question in terms of increasing the power of the explosives. As Weed explains to you some players can use a combination of perks to make their nades powerful, but besides that nothing has changed for over 1 year on that aspect.

About the spawn protection was reduced I would say over a year ago and as Totty told you, in the last 2/3 sec when u still without your gun in your hands you become visible, so if you still want to have extra sec I recommend that you combine the perks combat medic with a small gun and that will increase the seconds u still invisible, although u will still lose it 2/3 sec before the time run out. 

About the spawn protection and getting killed by a chopper when u still invisible, yes that is happening we already reported the error and they are working to fix it, unfortunatelly it is not there every single time is something randomly so we are still without finding the error.
