Wow! All of those look amazing! I've got some work to do!! @tsw 8.5 Defiantly has his smoke dialed in. He has the over all look I'm looking for with as much time that's put into this. Looks fucking good! hah.. I haven't researched it yet, but how do you deal with different meats that would generally have different cook times? Opening the smoker tends to drop the temp and plateau the temp for a bit? @bds1961Hell yeah, yours looks good! I've read that a lot so far that a cast iron is the way to go to get the desired bark and add even more flavor for a TriTip. Honestly, I don't have a cast iron at the moment. I don't know why? I think because I don't have a lot of experience with them.. So, I haven't made the leap.. even though they are not expensive. I definitely need to get on that though. Also, I'm using a Traeger Pro 780. Sooo.. season it.. set it.. get drunk.. then creative at the end! Lol.. If I get good at, I'll have to invest into an actual stick burner like TSW for some REAL flavor! I've lived all over the US going up.. Out in the sticks of Arkansas, Joliet, IL., Central NY, Upstate NY, and more.. but my family is from Dallas, Texas. I've lived there on and off through out the years in the suburbs. Addison, Carrollton, Lewisville, Denton etc. The one thing I've always loved was the BBQ in curtain places there.. especially the brisket! California has good tritip.. but.. Texas brisket.. It's not really comparable! So, honestly that's my end goal with the smoker.. I have seen some Post oak pellets. I only hope it tastes as good as the real thing once I feal confident enough to try it! lmao One more EDIT,, as usual.. I'm also taking another cruise at the end of month.. This time passing through Austin, Tx.! So, I'm going to try and stop at Franklins! Hopefully! If you know you know.. I'll try and post pictures and review..

Opening Day of Low Lake Trout fishing was the 23 of April. First 2 pictures are of the 2lb 14oz. 19 inch Rainbow I caught fishing off a dock. End of the day Fish and picture of the lake I enjoy spending mornings drowning worms and drinking coffee that is just 15 minutes no lie from my house. Nice Pictures and smiles the fish are a bonus. "A bad day of fishing beats a great day at work every time"

Had a great evening of fishing. I got 2 the other guy got 1. I got 1 brown and one crossbreed brown/salmon.

May 1st opening day on this watershed. We nicknamed this lake HEARTBREAK Lake. We’ve had some great days fishing this lake and then there’s all those other days lol. Today was a great one all together the 2 of us hooked 9 fish released 3 lost 2 and kept 4. We took home 2 Brown trout and 2 landlocked Salmon. The limit is 2 fish each ant combos the 2 species. The bench the 4 fish are sitting on is 22 inches for comparison.

This is the Wife's and my song. Was very popular when we started dating, she Loved her music, I thought she was hot so I was cool with it. We related to the lyrics since some of the people at the place we hung out back then were busy bodies and didn't think we would last because I had a reputation as a player with no intention of getting married. Needless to say we stopped hanging out and spent our time home together building a loving relationship that is not perfect but works for us. I don't drink anymore and have never thought of cheating on the best person to ever enter my life. Thanks for the memories of our early days and reminding me just how LUCKY I am to have found my life partner for better or even my worst (although she never forgets those days) and we made it and are so better together now than we could have ever expected. I had a decently equipped but cheapish? $70 FPV drone that I got for Christmas from my brother. But it is still in the top of a 100+foot tree where a gust of wind put it 4 years ago. I can still see the damn thing through the scope on the old 243. It's not coming down any time soon. It's all tangled up in small branches and resting rite in the crotch of 3 bigger upright branches. Cholula and "Tapatio" used to be a couple that enjoyed hot sauce, until Cholula found out that Tapatio was having an affair with and elder, yet macho Tabasco. Lame story, I know but ask @PimpedOutPete about it. Not sure if he made it up, or he's just fallen in love with Cholula, who he met by chance while harboring "El Chapo" in his basement. Really fucked up if you ask me
