I am sure most of you have seen photos of the Aurora Borealis last night. I drug my wife out to Sky Meadows State Park to get away from all the light pollution. We froze our butts off (left our coats at home, duh) but it was totally worth it.

I always enjoyed finding that camping spot Ted loved so much and tossing a nade his direction. We all will miss his commentary... and easy points. RIP Ted. Till we meet again...

It was really bright here in the mountains of south central PA. It was a Cold damp night with plenty of ice crystals in the air. Actually had to put a coat on for the 1st time this fall all ready. Neighbor took these pics from the orchards above us on the ridge. Apple phone camera set on night mode.

I took my Mom out, she is 74 and has never seen them, either have I at 49 years old, before my Dad passed they used to go out for night drives trying to find them. 2 nights ago when I took Mom out was 56 years to the day that Mom and Dad 1st met on a blind date, pretty fitting this was the night we finally saw them
