Hi All, I've been playing in the CoD5 OW & Vietnam Freeze Tag servers for a couple of years now usually in the afternoons and sometime in the evenings. Being retired has given me more time for gaming and other hobbies. This spring I got my ham radio license (Canada) and it's a great hobby with many facets to it. I'm an avid Linux user and try to do both my ham radio stuff and gaming using just that operating system. My main gaming "rig" is a SteamDeck that I use mainly setup as a desktop computer with the built-in monitor as an extra screen. I have been married for 33 years to the same wonderful wife and I have four grown children (3 sons and 1 daughter). Three of my children are married and I have three grandsons and a granddaughter on the way. I live in a small town in rural Ontario with one stop light and about 1000 people. As a kid, I grew up overseas and speak Spanish fluently. My teenage boys got me into gaming when CoD2 came out. The main game mode I played back then was "Capture the Flag" which tended to be a full speed ahead type mode and that's my default style (which I know is not always the best for Freeze Tag but its hard to teach an old dog new tricks). I was a member of the WarKings gaming community back then and played on their servers (see warkings.net). WarKings is pretty much defunct now. At the time I joined the WarKings, you had to pick a king or figure from history so I chose Sancho II from Spain (and party because I speak Spanish). I have been playing under Sancho_ on XI servers for awhile, and mainly with the WK clan tag. I have come to know many of you and look forward to interactions in game and on Teamspeak on an almost daily basis in the winter and off and on in the summer. probably best to search your PC for overflow and the results should come back from there. Mine is located inside C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Call of Duty 4\usermaps but it's different if you have a CD Make sure you delete the whole folder (BO2overflow)

You'll need to experiment with how much you like of each ingredient The guys' is called the Naughty But Nice. The ingredients are: Ingredients 4 ounces rye whiskey, bourbon, or vodka 2 ounces orange juice 2 ounces ginger syrup 4 ounces cranberry juice 4 ounces club soda ice orange slices and fresh cranberries to garnish How to Make: It’s not hard to whip up this Christmas cocktail once you have the ingredients. Add your liquor of choice, orange juice, ginger syrup, and cranberry juice to a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake well to combine. Divide evenly between two glasses and add extra ice if needed. Top with club soda. The easiest way forward is to download and install COD4X client into your Cod4 folder. It will then run all nodded servers. The long way would be to download patch 1.7 and tell steam to not update cod4 https://cod4x.ovh/t/cod4x-releases/24

Have you checked the actual audio input levels in your control panel? Sometimes they get fucky and the levels don't match the volume of the actual volume setting.
