I was in the COD5 DM server and was talking to DJ Mot and some others about the next big game for out team was going to be up in his neck of the woods (WI.) on Memorial Day weekend. and a lot of the guys were asking about Magfed in general .So I was just going to post some Vids here as well. No I don't think you need a special gadget to cook meat. It is just most people don't think of cooking something for close to 24 hours in a oven at those low temps. With the new app controlled pellet smokers and some of the smokers out there I just thought since you live in BBQ central you had sumpin difnt. But it looked darn good

I hesitate to ask this but with 'stuffed' butt exactly what is it stuffed with?? Does it look like a sausage? do you eat it or throw it in the bin? Why exactly do you 'stuff it'? taste, sexual satisfaction or to prevent it collapsing during cooking ? Can you buy unstuffed butt? does unstuffed butt exclude you from LGBTQSW restaurants?? Are there any other idiots who delight in eating butts? Do they wash them before sale or 'au natural'? and finally buddy what side dishes are they eaten with? Are you still taking self portraits in mens toilets in the middle of the night after an exhausting round of deliveries? is this the main butt market? I simply baked the shoulder in the oven. I do have a crock pot & a pressure cooker. Also have a couple old-school Poppery 2 air popcorn poppers for roasting coffee in small batches. My 3 favorite & most used tools are ThermoPro dual probe thermometer, a laser thermometer & an Ozeri digital kitchen scale for weighing ingredients. When you have a cut of whole meat, most all bacteria are on the surface, not inside; so as long as you get the surface up to safe temps, there's no particular rush to get the inside done. Why'd you think there was a special gadget needed for slow cooking a piece of meat? BTU's are BTU's regardless of the device...
