I'm over in Norway for Fefor Power Week. I competed in a Strongman competition as well as a Stone Lifting competition. I'm done competing but the fun continues. I just wanted to share some of my experiences so far.

@SharpeThe deadlift picture was 240 kg. New PR. Next in the ladder was 260 kg. I almost got it to my knees.
