There were a few suggestions that I tried out - update of graphics driver etc. but the crashes continue and are usually on the third game played with the "helpful" report: "Fatal Error"! I am certainly not alone and the list of bugs on the Steam forum was 194 pages long when I looked... The game's pretty much unplayable. But I read some where to try something called GBoost. I ran it and I was able to play wthout an error it may of been a flook but its worth a try. I do wonder if this is a memory leak kind of problem. It's so regular that it makes me think that the game is using up the system resources until the machine locks up. It wasn't doing that before and now yes so it's probably some updates that they've done on their side that made this happen. StanG, i remark the same with me also. I see him first and try to shoot but he still fire faster than me and i really don't know why that happen to me too... Getting tired of all that crap going on with new COD games!!! What a crappy thing that steam or new Black Ops!! Just hope they will fix all the bugs and about the tweaks like StanG, i've done them all.... Everything was ok few days ago and now boom i keep crashing??? I really think it's on their side the problems, maybe not for everyone but for certain persons.. I still have the same crashing problem since 2 days exactly like you chkn so it's not only me then... Downloading programs in the HOPE that it fixes things may only bugger your PC even more. At least have a good Restore point before experimenting. Experimenting is what many are doing and being part of an experiment can be terminal. For me it will be sit back and wait.
