What is this and why has it started?

My kids buggered something up, and my hdd is in need of replacing or reformatting, not too sure, but my google also wont open safely, and CoD not at all with imp3 thingy. Made a new admin account, and YAY, CoD works again, but hdd still needs fixing, but i keep losing key packets, and need to obviously fix this.

many thnx in advance

p.s. what is losing security certificates?

It could also be PB trying to update while you are in game and timing out.I've had this problem many many times in the past.My fix was to Manually update PB.
