So this is not "new news", but rather Fox spinning this to piss you off. Fox News may have conveniantly forgot to mention that the Bush Administration released the same (more or less) every year from 2002-2008 to Pakistan. This is only news to promote Fox's poltical agenda. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Foreign_aid_to_Pakistan Aid to Pakistan stopped after we killed Bin Laden in May of 2011 and determining that Pakistan had full knowledge of him being there. There were many calls from both sides of the isle to end all aid and this is the first payment since that time. So yeah Ter, it's new news and kind of a big deal.
