I also could not find bridge. I will have to do a solo campaign and pull it from my own comp. I wasn't showing any maps yesterday either, and I was chatting with Ricko and Fireurza at the time. Ricko updated and restarted the servers right then and there, and they came back into my server list. I just ran the Server Update process again on the Co-op and PVP and they are both back on my favorites list. Let me (or any of the real Insurgency Admins) know if they are still missing on yours.
