I filed bankruptcy on my condo as I was also getting a divorce back then. I knew some day the day would come when I would be required to move and vacate this place. In the long run that will do me worlds of good as it is where most of my bad memories are vested! My problem is I am supporting 2 other people on my measly disability check and have not been able so save up the required funds to do so. I know I am going to need quite a bit of cash to move and I have no idea where or how that will happen. Tomorrow I am going to call the local Section 8 Div and see where I am on the present list. I have been on it for about 4-5 yrs now knowing this was coming. As far as help moving I believe my immediate family will assist me in that. I do not know exactly how this will happen but I was notified via mail that the procedure for foreclosure had begun. There may not be a problem but then again my luck would have it turn into a huge ordeal for me. Just keep me in your mind and send me all the positive thoughts and prayers you can when you remember to. This is not meant to sound like I am complaining because other than the finacial hardship I am really looking forward to this move when it happens! TBB and hxtr 2 Awards

I have kids, but ex has them, and she declared a mini bankrupcy, now she is rolling in it, cos she has to make minimal payments to her bills. grrrrrr. I rent a tiny room for half my paycheck, another quarter of pay goes to bills my ex got up, so in about 4 years I may be able to finish paying them of, and think about saving up to rent a whole flat or something. If supporting two other people is affecting your life or finances in a negative way then in my opinion that is one of the first things that needs to be addressed no matter how hard it may be to tell them to support themselves...at the end of the day you are number one and the first person you should be worrying about.
