You should execute the "ping hostname -t" command from within command prompt for at least five minutes and then send me the results. This software lets you see precisely where along your route the connection is borking out. You can take and post screenshots like this one which is pinging COD5 DM1 (and coincidentally COD4 FT1 which is at the same IP, but different port.) Note that the seemingly problematic node at hop 12 shown here is not really a problem. It is probably a high traffic node on the peering network that is set to actively ignore ping requests when it is servicing higher priority packets (which is just about everything else.) What's really important here is the Avg column. Also note that this trace is set to ping all nodes at a 1 sec interval, and the graph represents the readings over the last 30 minutes. So my average ping to COD5 DM1 (COD4 FT1) is around 43ms and the worst is just under 110ms.
