edit: Just to add, the current alpha testers scuttlebutt is that bo3 radiant can import cod4/5 maps without problems. Tho you do have to redo or replace all the static models with bo3 versions. So whatever you do now should be available for use in the future.

 

U only can import caulk for now.

Over at mappersunited there are special topics about the new tools including alot of video's.

around 6/7 members (by invite of Treyarch) are working with the tools atm, together with Treyarch, in Alpha stage

haha, well it isnt like that, but they needed mappers who are able to push to tools to the max in order to see if there flaws and basicly all the mappers/modders are on there so logical choice imo.

Do we need the linux servers localized file. Map runs on DM so far.

 

up loaded it to the Nam FT server, and the mixed mod server to try out. Don't know if we want it on the sniper server or not?

 

 

It locks up the Nam FT server but runs on the mix mod server.

I've been playing with some ideas all in chaulk I got BO3 so I'm hoping for tools. If they don't give birth to them soon i might just make one of my ideas for COD5

if the map gets to detailed it ussually kills big mods like nam.

Tried this new map this morning.

1. It did load. Note, I was on a map in the normal rotation and I loaded manually by means of console command.

BUT

2. Something weird with the graphics.  Could not see past my player skin.

3. When I tried to pull up the AACP it said I could not as it was not enabled.

 

As I could not use the AACP, I left the game and re-joined but entered game back on the normal rotation map as if I never loaded eberdam.

 

Is an excellent map though but does not seem to run properly on FT for some reason.  Too bad.

 Yea they know but the mod is end of run now and not updated anymore. Not that they could change it much. Freeze tag introduces to many engine hogging aspects ie; the thaw bubble so if you make a perrty map it might not play in a pretty mod :(

 As I recall that is only for the loadscreen and minimap I'll see if when its removed if it will make a difference and it does not matter if its on a Linux server or windows server both should run the map without that file.  @Merlin007

1. Disables the AACP

2. In HLSW, after the map was loaded, the previous map was still being shown as running.

 

To note, I loaded the map via the console since I it was not in the rotation.
