@Timmah!

Fired up the grill this evening. I misspoke on the video the temp on the Sizzle zone is not 1800 F it is 800 Celsius that is 1472 Fahrenheit. What ever way you look at it it's HOT!

Just the Lemon Garlic sauce and ketchup. Crush the garlic then add salt. Mortar and pestle or use a spoon to puree the garlic and salt together, add oil of your choice then add lemon juice equal to 50% of the oil. I shake it in a mason jar.  We use this sauce on fried chicken and home made fries.

I love grilled peppers! Try some grilled asparagus too. I also grill sweet onion rings.

Before I grill my veggies I toss them in a bag, poor oil over them, season with salt, pepper and garlic powder. Mmm

Here is a plate with pork chop, veggies and my home made bread!

I grew up with 5 siblings and both parents, rare for today. We grew up through some lean years starting out. No toilet just an outhouse, no running water, just lugged water in a bucket.
We always had the greatest food. The bread in the photo was toasted above the stove element using a bent coat hanger. That’s how we toasted our bread when we couldn’t afford a toaster that beautiful taste  of charcoal toast never left me lol.

Here is my toaster!

Looks good and we did the same thing when I was a kid. We had a wood stove for cooking back then.

With the amount of garlic you seem to eat I'm guessing that you and the missus have separate beds ??? ?

That is so true, There were 7 kids all together my sister got her bath first then we had to share the same bath water as it took to long to heat the water again.
