I played COD4 on FT server 1. Well if you can call it playing. It looked as if i was target practice for everybody else A few days later i tried to start up COD4 MP, but it says "it appears that Call of Duty ...... etc... do you want to ran in safe mode. After this message it sais: youre computer appears to have changed.....  And for both it doens't matter if i say yes or no. I get a short black screen and nothing happens and the computer goes back to my computer desktop. I had the same problem a month ago and i changed the IW3MP.exe file and it worked again, but now this won't work.  Does anybody have an idea how to fix this problem? I run COD4 on disc. (no steam) I have updated everything n my pc  Hope somebody has a sulution for me. Want to be target practise again     Awards

This is so true! My COD4 crashes once a month because for some reason, likely an update my system changes my preferred sound settings. I use a Steele series headset & mic with the software . Once a month I have to reset it back. BlackRose 1 Awards
