Clean sweet water for Timmah!!

No more lugging cumbersome water jugs to & fro to pay 40 cents a gallon for RO water from the store.

Water from the tap here is 220-250 ppm & loaded with Fluoride, Chlorine & Chloramines.  Bad for you & your kidneys; and that's not even considering all the contaminants for which your local water company doesn't test.

Cost about $190.00 & took a little over an hour to install with the watchful eye of my supervisor.

You'll wonder how you did without it. I use RO for drinking, coffee, & cooking. Our water is hard as a rock, and destroys water softeners & valves. So nice to have a coffee maker last for years, not months. Not to mention putting clear ice cubes in your glass.

Chlorine will evaporate over 24 hours, but Fluoride & Chloramines won't; not even with boiling.

Neither will Lead or many other contaminants. Only distillation or Reverse Osmosis will remove all these.

I think water managent is different here than like in the states where i think most water treatment company are private right???.

Here in Quebec water management is city owned and also governmant supervised .

Laws and contaminent levels are very stricts.

Example Montreal tap water is one of the best water around , even Molson coors brewery take the tap water to brew their beer.

some test were done to compare city water to water fountain with the big jugs, and it said that tap water was better than these fountain (since they are not cleaned as often they are needed...

But why finally bother with water just drink beer then you know that the water in it is safe!!!!

Water management is not privately owned in the states. Cities manage the water and is government controlled.  At least where I live.
