Well might be ur video card but what i would do is revert all in game settings to as low as possible for ur video  then slowy bring them back up nd or check for a update for ur video card....let us know what u find

try to reinstall your video card drivers

 

deinstall all of it  first, run Driver Cleaner PE to deinstall all entrys on your system

 

and install the newest Nvidia Driver,,,I think you still have your 260 GTX ? LOL

 

maybe its just a broken registry entry

If your card is not overheating I recomend checking your video memory."Video memory stress test" will do this for you.Burn the .iso image to a cd and boot from it,you can get it here:

Well your games not rendering some of the textures. I don't think this is your card. In the first image the games not rendering the models Gun trains and so on. In the second image its the textures that the games not finding all the models are ok. Two different type of images if it was your card I would think it would do both all the time. Did you do any up dates to your system recently ? Espessially game updates or xfire updates ? So all I can think of is try a system restore to a time just before this started. It could be a video driver but don't use the latest. Maybe delete the driver and let windows install a simple one to see if that works  then get a newer one. If those 2 don't work try removing that mod and DL a fresh copy and if not that I think its a game redo.

I had a very simalar thing happen before on MOHAA it turned out to be a drivers issue. I had to  reverse drivers to the previuos. I emailed Nvidia and they fixed the driver in the next update.

Just my 2 cents, But my Call of Duty 4 did this to me but World at war, and it was because while deleting some shit from my computer, i guess i deleted some game files cause it cause the same thing, it was only loading up the ones still there so i was getting building portions and guns.
