At my lake dont care about electronic stuff and learning and reading all these instruction bs.

Pick your budget range. Whenever spending a few hundred+, it's good to research several sources for a solid consensus. It's what YOU consider a good value & feature set, nobody else; because it's your $$ & you have to luve with that decision.

Depends on what kind of body of water you are fishing and the type of fish. I have 1 Helix 9, Helix 10 mega and 1 Helix 7. I have the Helix 10 networked to my Minn Kota Ultrex.  I spend my time fishing for bass, I have both SI and DI I run 3 fish finders looking for drop off Ledges, Rockpiles, weed lines and Temp. Mostly use them in the rivers not lakes. So your Humming birds are more versatile in my opinion. I have owned Garmin and Lowrance in the past didn't like them. Hope this helps.

Got the Helex 7 mega si di the price for the bigger screen was not worth $250 more to me for 1 or 2 more inchs. Just wanted to try one to look for stripper schools on Lake Mohave AZ. TY for info! Maybe buy a bigger screen later after I learn how to use it. HeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeHaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaW!
