my game

will not start when I double click on the icon anymore,I tried to run as admin,,and not steam version,????

You clicking on a shortcut icon?  Make sure it's still pointing to the right location of the program file and that the program file is still there.

If all else is good and this is an all of a sudden kind of thing, I'd probably start by backing up your user profiles and mods and try re-installing the game and patches.
Can't think of any other specific reason it won't do anything except for the game folder manually being moved in which Windows don't like that.

re did shortcut and that worked,,,now I just get unhandled exception!!hahahahahahah

Try going to steam and click on your library of games and activate the game from there. Just a thought.

yes right click game ICON and check the address of file,  re-link to desk top with correct drive

 

or copy the good known game folder to a new drive space and make a short cut
