Let me know when you sell or while you are in negotiations of selling. I will find you a great Title Company to use and maybe save you a little money at the same time.

Our house was gutted due to a fire in 04, was rebuilt nicely, and is right under 2000 sq ft, on 5 acres with  1500 ft US highway frontage.  It was valued at 49,000 earlier this year, b4 the fire when land values were low and the house was at only 1400 sqft it appraised at 65,000. our land has taken a nose dive over the last few years

I just refinanced my home. I locked it at 4 1/8 percent on a 30 year Mortgage. I bought my house 5 years ago for $285,000.00 and it now appraises for $330,000.00. I feal lucky to be in a part of town that the burst of the real estate balloon didn't affect to much.

Right now with interest rates as low as they are all of you home owners should be looking at a Refi. My payment on my Mortgage is less $400 a month now. LOVING IT..............................

Do the deer come with it?  I don't think that I could withstand the heat. I am from the NW and if it is over 80 it is too hot for most NW people.

My house appraised for 275k before the financial bullshit, now I might get 200k. I had to go into SSI for my disabilities and so the loan company temporarily dropped my interest to 5% and I found out that they had to leave it there. So that part was good anyway. It was 8% because I was self employed and they penalize for that and tack on a higher interest rate.\

Hey good luck selling it.
