   Hi there,

   I got kicked from the server by weed without warning. I think because I was accusing (jokingly of course!) a dude of haxxing. Shortly after I came back and typed (jokingly!) in the chat "Weed must hate me" then I left because I had to go.

   Today I tried joining the server only to see that I was perm banned. Shouldn't there be at least warning call then a kick then a temp ban before perm banning?!

   Anyway I would like to appeal the banning admin to kindly reverse the sentence.

Mandy, I did have to mute you that day as well, you were like you said being a pain (not in the ass, but in my ears - too loud and it hurt.)  Lower your voice a bit, just be aware that some of us have migraine issues and some things can trigger a sharp pain in the head.  I have noticed that some of the players have hearing aids, and my mom has one and if something is too loud for her it hurts her, so I do worry about those folks with hearing aids using headphones and loud noises as I have seen my mom wince in pain.

I wondered where you were.  You are hilarious, a real gamer, into it, fit right in, just try to keep the volume a bit lower?  (We all get carried away from time to time, lord knows I get all caught up and realize I have typed too much or said too much and I need to stfu, humans, very silly.)  C u in maps you originally silly one.     lol  (thought you would find that silly with your blue smoke and all you like to toss around)

I'm so sorry you and others are perfectly right! I must have been so tipsy that night I can't even remember what happened apart from being banned and rightly so! Damn dingo can be so annoying sometimes  I would probably slap him in the face if I saw him 

A BIG SORRY to those with hearing aid suffering from the loud noises, that's really rude of me!!!

Ok I'll try not to drink so much and above all scream like a schoolgirl while playing online. I don't want to be banned forever

Thank you for your patience. Sadly, it has involved a longer discussion due in part to your actions, which resulted in several previous penalties, such as Temp Bans, Warnings, kick records, and an observation. All based on different penalties that you committed over the time you were here. 

Mandinghino, you were asked to join TeamSpeak to discuss YOUR ACTIONS past and present in a more private setting, sadly, you refused.

Your latest Ban involved YOU BEING DRUNK, loud, and annoying to several players. To top it all off, you made continuous ACCUSATIONS OF A PLAYER HACKING/USING HACKS! It is a clear fact in our servers that NO ONE SHALL make hacking accusations. If you or any player believes a player is hacking, take a video, contact a member of the admin team. The admin team will take action as required.

Madinghino, for everything mentioned above, we have been very patient with you, even when you are not a clan member. THIS IS YOUR LAST WARNING! Any further incidents will result in a PERMANENT BAN FROM THE SERVERS AND WEBSITE! Use this last chance wisely.  

As YOU clearly admit you play while drinking, you may want to try staying away from the servers while drinking.

On behalf of the COD4 Admin Team I'm letting you know your Temporary Ban will end TWO MONTHS from the day this is posted in this appeal request.

Mandinghino, thank you so much for facilitating this process and showing your true colors. After taking the time to insult all of our CoD4 team admins on individual private messages, you have earned your permanent ban. You took your last chance and used it very wisely.
