You have to look at lot size too, you have alot of square footage to cover. A suggestion would be to caution tape or fence off an area and as you get or make more stuff your area increases. My Husband is going to school now...and he is not available to help me cut/drill etc like he used to do for me...so I'm slowly making my way around his tool shop, but many projects will be for next year.
