The fans sound as though they arent actually fully on.. ya know when your PC starts up and they goto 100% for a bit then drop.. well that aint happening. No signs afaik of.. this isnt the computer i usually use.. and the users are kinda senile and fail with computers so dont know what happend lol... Try yours on it To bad you can't see the bios posting or hear beeps like gpu issues/memory. For symptoms like this is more likely for 60/70% the powersupply. The only thing you can do is to reset the motherboard by 'cmos clear' pins and see if he responds, but that would be a waste of time for doing so(as he runs stable first).
