I know it's not my business, but I need to say this: Sometimes, for a good reason, medals are given to people that are not necessarily part of the community. I'm afraid it will always be for clan members only. As stated before its a perk for being s member of the clan. If non members like the community and the medals, they should consider requesting membership, meeting the minimum requirements, as the bare essentials.
