You hit the crest at 40 and the downhill ride goes very fast. The other option to see how old you are is to use a tape measure. What's the average age of an American male, maybe 76??. Pull the tape out to 76 and put your finger on the inch mark of your age. Gives a good visual indication of about how much time may you have left.
