I need it to scan and print! I have one that has only been used 4 times and it always says paper jammed. I had it replaced once and the second one did the same thing. Can any one send me a link and advise me on this? Edited September 10, 2014 by BigPapaDean Awards

Don't buy ink from the store...it will come with a "starter kit" and the salesman will tell you it will last a week at most...mine lasted 6 months...then I bought refills on Amazon for 5 dollars vs 20 plus. Just a FYI I have a Brother MPC-J430W http://www.amazon.com/Brother-MFCJ430W-MFC-J430W-Inkjet-All-in-One/dp/B005PP7SI2 Happy hunting! JN ChknFngr 1

Any moisture to the paper, even in the air will swell it at micro levels and will produce paper jams in the printer. If your new one does it make sure you try brand new paper before replacing it. The cartridges were empty! I got hold of Amazon and they gave me a $30 credit! Had I not been in a pinch I would have sent it back to be replaced! Awards
