I think, its ok to take the Admin from him, but I dont know the whole story. At friday, he said something, that is the truth, what he say. But the real truth by XI is: Everyone can play like he/her wants. That is a thing, that Warrex did forget sometimes. He was not a Admin to create a playingstyle, that everybody have to copy. He appologized to the person he was being rude to and all was fine. Then I wake up to alot of pms from any people, XI and not XI complaining of him doing the same thing we just spoke to him about last week. He was also spoken to about this a couple times in the past before he was admin. The way I see it he doesnt listen to me and I can not have a person on the servers starting shit with people. This was in ACE mod and Zombies. Removing him from adm or the clan will not make him shut his mouth. I would think the BIG meeting we had with him last week would of done that, when all the admins told him to chill out and just play the game. He can not be trusted from my point of view to act civil on the servers. I know he is alot of your friends but all you have to do is just listen to a couple rules I have and everything would of been great, but no he wanted to do it his way. He admitted last week that he was wrong and said he wouldnt do it anymore, then less than a week later he is back doing it again. It's bad enough that the behaviours exhibited by Warrex were directed at non-members but to do so toward members as well? I'd expect the same outcome had I been that irrational with any of my own fellow members. I don't know if Warrex was having a bad day or an Admin power trip but the behaviour is not allowed no matter the reason. Warex asked many times for them not to but still they did. Then when he made a comment an XI member started in on him, then it escalated. Was bad to see members acting like that but even so the others should be punished as well for acting like they did. I have had many people approach me about his situation and his conduct on our servers. I cannot be on 18 servers at once but I can monitor them all at once and so for the sake of argument I will listen to the clan members and other non-members and hear what they have to say. Because that is one of my many responsibilities as an admin (Listnen to the members and listen to people who play on our servers). Just because I have ADM behind my name does not make me better than anybody it just means I have a responsibility to keep our servers fun for the many members we have and the non-members that play on the servers, and when I feel this is not happening then something has to be done accordingly. I work with the facts not hear say, and the facts are he is not suitable as an admin or a member of our family do to his conduct. Its just like the military if you do not have the proper conduct in the service the military has no need for you and then you will be given some type of discharge with a possibility of no reinlistment. Indeed, I do not know what auslöser for this decision was, but I have experienced WarRex as a correct ADmin. It was clear like WarRex behaves if he Admin becomes and he was good. I cannot understand this decision. It was clear before like WaRex is. I do not find him now thus to bestraffen, OK. If that damages the familie (clan) dardurch members loses.
