It's an AMD FX 9590. I have an AMD sabertooth 990fx/gen3 r2.0 mother board and a new corsair H100i Gtx water cooler. I followed all the direction perfectly installing everything. When windows boots up about 10 seconds after logging in the computer freezes. I updated the bios already once I put the new chip in. It's not my power supply I have 1000w. I can't get windows to load in safe mode because pressing f5 does nothing on start up and pressing f8 only opens a boot menu to select a boot drive. Any suggestions? Thanks, Awards

Without a clean install, you may be experiencing conflicts between existing drivers. A pain in the butt and time consuming but a clean install I'd say is the best option.
