Okay, so what was the topic again?

I make whatever I can in mass quantities & freeze it in portions...economy of scale....got 20 pizzas in the freezer too.....that $12 large pizza with pepperoni & extra cheese costs maybe $2.00 to make yourself...  Have bacon, pepperoni... 4-cheese,  shaved steak mushroom & onion pizzas...none cost more than $3.00 to make...

Also a member of a green coffee buying club... everyone chips in and buys several bags, then split them...if you like coffee and have never had an Ethiopian Yirgacheffe , Yemeni,  Kona,  Jamaican Blue Mountain, or a nice Guat... fresh roasted...it's an order of magnitude beyond what most people consider 'coffee'... it's along the lines of eating store bought apples your whole life and taking your first bite of one fresh from the tree.....

Very nicely said, Timmah; you paint a very vivid picture.

You, sir, are not a Cretan.

@NumNutz said you spelled mostly everything right, and grammar wasn't too bad.

Lol.

Sounds like great coffee.

Dude...I've never had many things, much-less  coffee send chills down my spine, until  tasting my first successfully fresh-roasted Yirg....smelled like blueberries when it emerged straight from the roast...and tasted indescribably.....indescribable...honeysuckle, blueberry, & other notes for which I have no words...
