Good job Jon, keep in mind that players in the EU and Ami players ....all over the world  ^^ not always profit have by the rotation cycles .

we have a downloader program that allows you to download all the maps prior to playing on the server...I have not been updating it because I didnt think anyone was using it, but you bring up a great point...this would be great for the EU guys and gals as you would be able to setup the downloader to grab the maps while you r at work or sleeping and then be set to play...I will check to make sure its working and then up date it and post a link to it here....

Don't know how you came up with that answer from that post, but since you are talking about the down loader, it is easier if you just put all of the maps up on it that are in use, and they can down load them at their leisure. Less work for you not doing it every week.

Well in my best broken inglish "not profit from rotation" could only mean one or two things...I took my best guess...!! lol..

If I understand your english english your saying I can put all the maps for ftag up and they will pick from my rotation post which they will download?? I remember doing the downloader a few times when I backed up merlin and it was ummm...time consumng at best...a nightmare at worst...

No put all of the maps on the downloader, and let them download all of the maps. It don't matter what the rotation is.

Personally I think your doing a great job just typing in all he games for use to play every week. As of yet I have always just down loaded the games as they start, with my new computer is takes just less than a minute to down load any map. 

BUT with my old computer it would take upwards of 5-8 minutes to down load most maps and the bigger maps took a bit longer. I didn't mind the time to load a map as I play every day and night and he next time I play the map its loaded and ready.

Allowing everyone to pre-load Gives all the part time players and people with slower computers like my old one the advantage to load everything for the week so when game time comes they have everything they need to play. 

Thank You for thinking of others That's what puts an ADMIN up to the top of the list of Good Guys.

Its always been there thanks to Duc, I just wasnt sure anyone used it too much and when I forgot to do it once and no one complained I got lazy I guess,.,.lol...

Your right its awesome for slower connections and I am glad Modibob brought up the EU guys...
