Ever since I got Windows 10, when I start my computer and try to log into Steam the first time each day, I enter my password and hit enter but the prompt for the PIN number from the App doesn't pop up. Only when I use CCleaner to clear my cache, etc, does the prompt work, after entering my password a second time. Sometimes I have to clear my cache multiple times for it to work. I know Steam has some web browser cache and Downloads cache, but to have to clear that on a daily basis seems ridiculous. Has anyone else experienced this? Can't say I've experienced that kind of problem before though when I have used it, worked as expected for me. Try Google, you'll probably find someone who has had that issue. Good luck. If you have valuable stuff in your inventory then I would see why but yes steam will remember your device and cache it so you don't have to use the authenticator app every time you login. I had a similar issue in the past, problem was I had the app installed on 2 devices. It would only work on the first phone that the app was installed. I got it fixed in the end, don't know if i contacted steam or not :/ If it prompts you do enter code and its correct make sure to click on "remember password" and you don't have to enter the code again
