I noticed with every single new mod it is dropping people badly. In comparance with the first mod of ft mw2 like 8 years ago or so, servers were full non stop. Each time a new version appeared a few players would not play it because the change was too big, and this has happened with all the expansions. I know it is meant well, but let's be honest why update something which is good? Why try to make something better, when it is already flourisching? The reality is this is almost every game sense the 90s. All one can do is try to catch them and ban them, but more importantly.. play and have fun! After all it is a game and the sole purpose is to enjoy your time playing it and make some friends along the way. Hackers definitely ruin the game, but you cannot take it personally and let it effect your view of all players that play well. I understand your frustration, I / most of us have played games for years and have came across people that was flat out hacking and did not try to hide it or too stupid to realize how obvious it was.
