I don't think this is your card. In the first image the games not rendering the models Gun trains and so on. In the second image its the textures that the games not finding all the models are ok. Two different type of images if it was your card I would think it would do both all the time. Did you do any up dates to your system recently ? Espessially game updates or xfire updates ? So all I can think of is try a system restore to a time just before this started. It could be a video driver but don't use the latest. Maybe delete the driver and let windows install a simple one to see if that works then get a newer one.
