I learned the hard way good servers take money and good people in order to work and to find a server set up the way I liked it instead of trying to get a server or clan to change it's MOD. I enjoyed almost everyone when I first started playing here and the servers ROCKED. I played with 2 other players from our old Clan and after about 8 months Rugger asked me to see if the group would join. So we decided to give it a shot and been here ever since. I have won Multiple Sales Achievement Awards, a couple National Presentation Awards and held the record for most New Vehicles sold by 1 person in the area for 10 years. Hey everyone seems i have been MIA for a while. LOL trying to keep up with work and family buisness we just started. And recovery from Gallbladder survery. Yep about 4 week ago I had surgery to remove my gallbladder. Been having some pains the past 2 month and then finally found out ut was my gallbladder full-on stones, as well has the duct tubing what ever its called. So I had a bunch of test done and an MRI and they decided it was best to get her out. Recovery has been good, pains here and there from my insicions. I had 5 all togther. Gk back to work on Thursday but only light duties. Im still not allowed to left or bend. Other thing I hate about this is now inhave to watch what I eat. Anyone else have gallbladder surgery and can recommend soem good recipes to make. I need good home cook meal ideas lol

An elderly man had owned his large farm in Louisiana for many years. Right at the back of the farm, there was a large pond that was ideal for swimming. The old farmer had fixed it up real nice with picnic tables, horseshoe courts and some apple and peach trees. One evening the farmer decides to go down to the pond, to look it over, as he hadn’t been down there for a while. Before setting off, he grabs a five-gallon bucket as he decides he’ll bring back some fruit. As he nears the pond, he can hear voices shouting and laughing with glee. Clearly, someone is having a good time. As the farmer gets closer, he can see a bunch of young women who are clearly skinny-dipping in his pond. He makes the women aware of his presence and immediately they all swim over to the far end. One of the women then shouts, “We’re not coming out until you leave mister!“ The farmer replies, “Ladies, I didn’t come down here to watch you swim naked or make you get out of the pond. You carry on.“ The wily old-timer then holds up his bucket and says, “I just came down here to feed the alligators!“

Did something this weekend I have not done since before Covid, got out to 2 concerts back to back. Drove 2 hours to Casino Rama to see The Headstones and my fav band Monster Truck play! Left halfway through Headstones set, fucking lead singer Hugh Dillon is a nasty fucker, spits all over the stage all the time, the boys in Monster Truck were glad they played first that night lol. So I had a backstage pass and went and had a couple beers with Monster Truck lol.Spent night there then 2 hour drive home, relax for a couple hours, then 2 hour drive to downtown Toronto to see my 2nd fav band The Lazys. Tje bass player and I have gotten close over the years, he pointed to the set list at the song "Punk come and get me" and said "Me and you are tearing down the fucking roof on this one!" We were forehead to forehead screaming the chorus into eachothers faces LOL, His Mom came up to me after the show saying she has never seen her son so happy to see someone before lol, little rock n roll bromance is all Fuck I love this shit!!!

I wasn't told about any supplements just to stay away from. Fried food mostly and takeout lol. But I have a follow up with the surgeon this month so ill ask her a bunch of dietary questions aswell.

This is for @babyback. We were chatting about oven baked wings and I mentioned the baking powder method Kenji uses. Instead of frying in oil, he coats them in baking powder and bakes them in the oven, replicating the same crispy skin you'd get using the frying method. There's also John from Food Wishes who does it along with a few spices to make a rub. His video is the 6 min TL:DR of Kenji's. For all the other food nerds and home cooks out there, Kenji's channel is great. No studio setting with over-the-top production, just a GoPro on his forehead (yes, strapped to his forehead!) and maybe a second small camera off to the side. You get to see him make the entire dish start to finish. He's not all pumped up and trying too hard to be funny or !!!ENTHUSIASTIC!!! (you'll see what I mean in the third video); he's just a dude* who opened a high end restaurant in Cali who's now a dad and works at Serious Eats (he runs "The Food Lab") and does this cooking channel from home. It's super chill, quite informative, and his dogs are adorable. Highly recommend! (* - okay, he's a super smart, highly educated MIT grad) John from Food Wishes is an OG. He's been doing this for years and his recipes/videos are great. He has this sing-song way of speaking haha! Check him out too! The last video has these two butchers who are normally tolerable, but in THIS video they are so damn dorky and annoying...I almost didn't post it. It's honestly tough to get through it without rolling your eyeballs into the back of your head, so I do apologize. BUT! They do 10 different methods of cooking wings, including the fucking MICROWAVE! (then roasted/finished in the oven) Crazy...but an interesting video (minus the dorky, try hard antics) that I thought Baby and others (@Timmah!?) might want to check out. Enjoy!

I had mine removed in 2019. Tried to eat everything and must be fair, i can eat almost everything, including fatty foods. Only thing that is a gamble are eggs. The one time it`s ok, the next time i`m running to the toilet. For you it`s just a matter of trying to eat things and see how you react to them. Wouldn`t do supplements or so. Just see what works for you.
